Though we all may have eloquent answers to that question, here at Fly Fitness we think that change starts with a change in your mind that transforms your body, and in turn, your life. The way we think about everything affects how we live. The change starts when you make a decision to love yourself and your body.
The goal is to give you the tools you need to be successful at following through with that decision to change your life—it starts with mind and then your body and health. Brandi has worked to transform the lives of many clients, and given them hope and a renewed sense of power. Clients have testified to the remarkable results seen; namely, increased energy, weight loss, disease reversal, ability to get off medications, over-all better health, muscle gains, more confident and the “glow,”!
In terms of the services offered, Brandi helps to educate clients on nutrition and the importance of knowing the nutritional contents of the food consumed in your diet. Brandi takes a hands-on approach to nutrition and fitness; she can transform your kitchen and diet, as well as sculpt your body, helping you to truly achieve your dream body. Brandi not only provides continual hope and inspiration for her clients, but she also provides them with the support and accountability needed for success. Brandi MacLaren, founder of FLY Fitness, is a certified personal trainer through ISSA, a certified plant-based nutritionist from Cornell, and activist here in the Nashville area. She is also certified in TRX and Zumba, and regularly teaches cardio kick-boxing and body sculpt, along with many other group fitness classes. She works hard to inspire and help people get healthy, achieve their dreams, and ultimately connect with their own life purpose, and learn to live it out.
