Fitness Must - Just add push-ups to your life! Do a set as soon as you wake up (followed by lemon water), and a set before bed—every single day. The only way to achieve what you want is to make it a priority—as much of a priority as brushing your teeth! You wouldn't go a day without doing that, would you? Of course you wouldn't! So don't go a day without push-ups either. Make them a part of your daily routine. No excuses, you can find 10 minutes a day to work on your beautiful body!
