It so important you look at working out daily the same way you look at eating daily... Priority! You wouldn't skip food for very long because you need it to feel good and have energy. Well it's the same thing with working out. We need it, we need movement!!!

It literally floods our brains with endorphins, and those are what make us feel good!! The more you workout, the better you feel, and the more you will want to continue to work out! Whether it's a jog, dance class, video workouts at home, or yoga, just do it! Find something you love and do it often. Then, broaden your horizon and try fun, new things. Don't be afraid to push yourself! When you push yourself you allow the strong, courageous, and powerful YOU that's always been waiting, to come alive! Let it out!
